LeBron James never went to the University of Akron.
He did, however, grow up in the Ohio city. And over the summer, his foundation promised to send 200 local kids to the school on full rides.
So, it’s only right that the Zips honored LBJ with his very own bobblehead.
Akron advertised a ticket plan for its basketball team Thursday, and the King’s likeness was featured alongside two of his former high school teammates, Romeo Travis and Dru Joyce:
