Pepe Blow Softened by Madrid's Defensive Options

With Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane to call on in his stead, manager Zidane isn't likely to miss Pepe too much when he's absent unless one of that pair also becomes sidelined.

Nacho represents another capable option in central defence, but with the Spaniard having made minimal first-team appearances, it could take him some time to get up and running if called upon.

Therefore, it benefits Real to have Pepe back, allowing Zidane to rotate his options.
