Butler Bulldogs senior Roosevelt Jones entered Saturday's game against the Marquette Golden Eagles 0-of-3 from three-point land in his career, with his last attempt having come during the 2012-13 season.

As unlikely a candidate as he may have been to make a buzzer-beating shot from beyond half court, anything can happen in college basketball.

With Butler trailing 37-34 with two seconds remaining in the first half, Jones caught an inbounds pass deep in the backcourt, took a dribble and let it fly. Fortunately for the Bulldogs forward, the bank was indeed open Saturday.

Not a bad way to get the first three-pointer of your career.

The three-quarters-court triple tied the game at the break.
