Chelsea received a surprising package in the post this week when Petr Cech's goalkeeper gloves were mistakenly delivered to their Surrey training ground instead of Arsenal's base in Hertfordshire.

The Czech stopper left Chelsea for Arsenal last summer after 11 years at Stamford Bridge, but Adidas, Cech's glove provider, clearly forgot to change his delivery address.

That resulted in the slightly awkward scenario of Cech's gloves turning up at Chelsea's training ground a matter of days before the Blues face Arsenal at the Emirates in the Premier League.

Despite last summer's controversial transfer, Cech is still a legend at Chelsea, who kindly forwarded the kit on to their former keeper's new address.
