It's not every day that you see a basketball player throw down a reverse jam on a defender—but the New York Knicks' Derrick Williams made it happen Tuesday night against the Detroit Pistons.

With his back to the basket and a defender on his tail, the 6'8" forward took a bounce pass near the hoop and threw down a reverse jam. It may not have been a true poster dunk, but it certainly wasn't an uncontested dunk.

Williams finished with 18 points and four rebounds in the Knicks' 108-96 victory at Madison Square Garden.
