Sacramento Kings forward DeMarcus Cousins has been one of the NBA's best big men this season, and yet, he's currently not in line to start in the 2016 All-Star Game.

If he doesn't wind up with a spot in the starting lineup, it won't be due to a lack of effort, on or off the court.

Cousins and the Kings teamed up to get an All-Star campaign going with an awesome video. Turning back the clock, Cousins took on the role of "Mean" Joe Greene to push for some extra votes.

Greene's Coca-Cola commercial is one of the most iconic sports ads ever:

Good call, Boogie.

When the first All-Star fan voting update came out last week, Cousins ranked eighth among Western Conference frontcourt players:

After watching this campaign video, you should consider voting for Boogie the next time you cast a ballot. His performance on the court and on camera are both at an All-Star level.
