Several fixtures have fallen foul of the weather in England and Scotland on Boxing Day, with Blackburn Rovers' clash against Middlesbrough the most notable casualty.

That's currently the only game in the Championship to be postponed, although others could yet be cancelled with several pitch inspections still to take place in the north of England.

Five fixtures are off in League One, with Bury posting photos of their Gigg Lane ground struggling to cope with the levels of water around the stadium.

The postponed games are:

Blackpool vs. Oldham Athletic

Bradford City vs. Burton Albion

Bury vs. Barnsley

Rochdale vs. Crewe

Wigan vs. Sheffield United

And in League Two, at least four games are now off, with Accrington Stanley posting photos of a significant part of their pitch under water. They were supposed to be playing Carlisle. The other postponed games are:

Hartlepool vs. Notts County

Morecambe vs. Mansfield

York City vs. Northampton

It's a similar story in Scotland, with Dundee United's match against Motherwell and Partick Thistle's clash with St Johnstone in the SPFL called off.
