Chicago Bulls swingman Mike Dunleavy underwent offseason back surgery that delayed his season debut. However, he's ready to return to the court.

Dunleavy's Shooting Ability Big Boost for Bulls

Tony Snell and Doug McDermott have acquitted themselves nicely from beyond the arc this season, but neither player can match Dunleavy's catch-and-shoot prowess.

During the 2014-15 season, Dunleavy nailed 39.6 percent of his catch-and-shoot threes and 46.9 percent of his triples via pull-up attempts, according to NBA.com's player tracking data. Chicago's offense has also long benefited from Dunleavy's ability to space the floor and open up driving lanes for Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler.
