Cleveland Cavaliers center Timofey Mozgov was battling an illness that forced him to miss Wednesday's game against the Sacramento Kings. However, he's ready to return.

Mozgov Provides Space-Eater in Paint for Cavaliers

Mozgov arrived in Cleveland last season and has had a sporadic but positive impact. Depending on the opponent, the 29-year-old may not see many minutes when the Cavs opt for a smaller, perimeter-oriented lineup.

But when Cleveland goes big, there's no denying Mozgov adds an extra dimension and gives the squad a competent starter who's more of a de facto role player. Thompson has been coming off the bench but consistently averaging more minutes than Mozgov in the frontcourt rotation.
