Last night my friend and I went out and bought the Smackdown 10th anniversary DVD and watched all three discs.  The DVD is a countdown of the 100 best moments from the last 10 years of Smackdown.

The first strange thing I noticed about the DVD was how much Kurt Angle appeared throughout the list.  He was in at least 20 percent of the footage shown, whether it was shooting Big Show with a tranq dart or wrestling, he was all over the place.

It's funny how WWE won't really acknowledge TNA but they have several stars who are now in TNA in the DVD set, including Booker T in the grocery store brawl with Stone Cold.

The second strange thing I noticed is that they actually had Chris Benoit in the DVD.  They were careful about this though, he was never mentioned by name and was only shown for about three seconds.

It was during TLC 3 when he and Chris Jericho beat the Dudleys, E&C and the Hardys.  Weird how they choose to show him and not mention him.

The third odd thing about the DVD was when they had a moment that I was almost sure happened on Raw.  It was when McMahon announced the return of the nWo.  Maybe someone can clarify that for me.

The thing i liked best about the DVD was how many comical moments they had mixed in with some great matches.  They showed tons of the Rock and Austin, of course, as well as at least 10 clips of Hogan, the best being Mr. America.

Overall i would say that this DVD was Better than Raw's 15th anniversary DVD but not one I would say is essential to own.

The last thing i will say about the DVD is i was surprised to see that it was hosted by Matt Striker and Michael Cole; I expected Cole since hes been on Smackdown a long time before going to Raw, but Striker surprised me, as he is an ECW announcer.  I was hoping JBL would be the other host, but what can you do?

Anyone else who watched it, feel free to leave feedback below.
