So week 1 has passed and we've gotten our first taste of the NFL. Many teams surprised while a couple disappointed. This week I've got two teams that enter the top 10 and three teams who have moved more than 10 spots.

Next week is only a few hours away and many of these rankings may change, but I think I've got a lot of these right.

Here is a look at my new power rankings. Please feel free to let me know what you think about where I put your team.

26-32

SEATTLE, WA - SEPTEMBER 13: Randy McMichael #84 of the St. Louis Rams is tackled by Will Herring #54 of the Seattle Seahawks on September 13, 2009 at Qwest Field in Seattle, Washington. The Seahawks defeated the Rams 28-0. (Photo by Otto Greule Jr/Getty

32. St. Louis Rams (0-1) -3: They had a terrible showing getting shut out by an above average team. If you can't score you will not be a strong team.

31. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-1) -1: The Cowboys beat them and they are still not impressive at all. This is a rebuilding year for them.

30. Cleveland Browns (0-1) -3: Either their running defense is that bad, or Adrian Peterson is just that good. Either way they didn't impress me this weekend.

29. Detroit Lions (0-1) -1: They were able to score over 20 points, which was impressive for the Detroit Lions, but its hard to win with a defense that allows over 40 points.

28. Houston Texans (0-1) -15: One of the biggest jumps in my power rankings, I'm not sure if their humiliating loss was from the Jets being that good or the Texans being that bad. We'll see this week against the Titans how good they actually are.

27. Arizona Cardinals (0-1) -10: Maybe I'm being a little harsh, but they lost to the 49ers who haven't been good for a while. With the Seahawks looking as good as they do, the Cardinals don't have as much of a chance this year.

26-22

CINCINNATI, OH - SEPTEMBER 13: Running back LaMont Jordan #32 of the Denver Broncos runs with the football against the Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium on September 13, 2009 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Broncos defeated the Bengals 12-7. (Photo by S

26. Kansas City Chiefs (0-1) +5: They had a good showing against the Ravens in Baltimore, but I'm not sold yet.

25. Cincinnati Bengals (0-1) -4: Ya they lost on a last second tip drill, but they were not impressive at all.

24. Washington Redskins (0-1) -2: They lost to the Giants and played well. But the division they are in will make it hard for them to do anything this year.

23. 49ers (1-0) +3: This is the lowest person on the list with a win. Maybe I'm wrong about the 49ers but I won't be putting any money on them making the playoffs this year.

22. Raiders (0-1) +3: They almost managed an upset against the Chargers. Could this be the year their young team makes an impact.

21-16

INDIANAPOLIS - SEPTEMBER 13: Maurice Jones-Drew #32 of the Jacksonville Jaguars is pictured during the game against the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium on September 13, 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana. (Photo by Andy Lyons/Getty Images)

21. Denver Broncos (1-0) +5: The Broncos pulled a lucky one. Can they do it again next week?

20. Jacksonville Jaguar (0-1) +4: They showed up against the Colts in Indianapolis. Could the Jaguars finally be back to the "trendy superbowl pick"?

19. Miami Dolphins (0-1) -4: They lost to a very good team in the Atlanta Falcons, and their Wildcat offense continues to work.

18. Carolina Panthers (0-1) -13: They were humiliated by the Eagles. The Eagles aren't a bad team, but they got beaten bad.

17. Buffalo Bills (0-1) +1: Some argue that they should have won the game against the Patriots if it wasn't for one unlucky fumble. However thats part of the game and they can't climb too much without winning.

16. Chicago Bears (0-1) -6: They lost to a division Rival. Jay Cutler was very shaky in the first half, but started to turn it around in the second. Hopefully he can carry that momentum into the second week.

15-11

NEW ORLEANS - SEPTEMBER 13: Quarterback Drew Brees #9 of the New Orleans Saints throws a pass against the Detroit Lions at the Louisiana Superdome on September 13, 2009 in New Orleans, Louisiana. (Photo by Chris Graythen/Getty Images)

15. New Orleans Saints (1-0) +5: Yes, they won this weekend, but it was against the Detroit Lions. Thats not very impressive.

14. Dallas Cowboys (1-0) +5: They, too, won, but it was against the team I had ranked last in the NFL last week.

13. New York Jets (1-0) +10:

12. Minnesota Vikings (1-0) +4:

11. Green Bay Packers (1-0) +3:

10-6

10. Seattle Seahawks (1-0) +2: They break the top 10 thanks to their shutout of the Rams. No the Rams are not an amazing team, but its definitely a step up from last year.

9. San Diego Chargers (1-0) -1: The Chargers almost slipped and let the Raiders steal a win from them. That isn't going to work against tougher opponents.

8. Tennessee Titans (0-1) -4: They lost to the number one team by three points in overtime. Though that is very good, they had to drop thanks to other teams playing just as well.

7. Baltimore Ravens (1-0) +0: Their defense doesn't look as stout as last year, but their offense looks better.

6. Indianapolis Colts (1-0) +0: Their team doesn't look like the same with all three coaches leaving.

5. New England Patriots (1-0) -3

FOXBORO, MA - SEPTEMBER 14: Tom Brady #12 of the New England Patriots signals that he will attempt a two-point conversion after touchdown in the fourth quarter against the Buffalo Bills in the fourth quarter at Gillette Stadium on September 14, 2009 in F

They got lucky with a fumble recovery on a kickoff. They almost lost to the average Buffalo Bills, a team they used to dominate.

4. Philadelphia Eagles (1-0) +7

CHARLOTTE, NC - SEPTEMBER 13: Quarterback Donovan McNabb #5 of the Philadelphia Eagles runs with the ball in the second half of their NFL season opener against the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium on September 13, 2009 in Charlotte, North Car

I'm very impressed with the way the Eagles defense played without Brian Dawkins. I didn't think it was possible.

3. Atlanta Falcons (1-0) +6

ATLANTA - SEPTEMBER 13: Quarterback Matt Ryan #2 of the Atlanta Falcons against the Miami Dolphins at Georgia Dome on September 13, 2009 in Atlanta, Georgia. (Photo by Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images)

The Falcons showed they are a dominant team once again. Matt Ryan still looks good and they look like a top tier team.

2. New York Giants (1-0) +1

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - AUGUST 29: Eli Manning #10 of the New York Giants looks to throw a pass against the New York Jets on August 29, 2009 at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. (Photo by Jim McIsaac/Getty Images)

The Giants answered the question about their receivers. They still are able to make stuff happen. This is a very good sign.

1. Pittsburgh Steelers (1-0) +0

PITTSBURGH - SEPTEMBER 11: Ben Roethlisberger #7 of the Pittsburgh Steelers passes the ball in the fourth quarter against the Tennessee Titans on September 11, 2009 at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Steelers defeated the Titans 13-10 in ove

They picked up where they left off beating a top tier team the first week. Sure it was a close one in overtime, but they showed they can close out games. Could they repeat?
