Mayweather Vs. Marquez: Pretty Boy Floyd Wins but Hits Like a Girl

Just finished up the PPV event: Mayweather vs. Marquez. A few of my friends bet Mayweather to win by knockout and as soon as they cast their vote I had a bad feeling that it was NEVER going to happen.

Floyd knocked him down in the second and looked KO inevitable but then the "hitting like a girl" factor came into play.

For such a cocky and talented fighter, Pretty Boy Floyd sucks with the power punch. He has 25 KOs in his career but in his recent big fights besides Hatton, they are decisions. If Money Mayweather wants to go down as one of the greatest fighters of all time, he needs to start knocking punks out like a man.

I want to root for Floyd but expecting a one-hour fight with little to no potential of a knockout is pretty difficult.

Regarding the after-fight interview:

Get mad at Max Kellerman all you want but the antics after the fight were ALL Floyd's fault. When Max asks a question about the fight Floyd needs to stop shouting "Reebok, God, and seven figures."

Floyd, may I suggest you try these suggestions on for size:

1.) Talk trash...check

2.) Get a legit KO...tbd

3. Don't embarrass yourself post fight...tbd

Overall fight recap:

Great fight and a money performance from Floyd but I for one was thoroughly disappointed by the lack of power punching. Fight like a man and stop hitting like a girl.
