The Steelers will be taking on the Bears, in what I expect to be a game where the Steelers will shine very brightly. The Bears lost there first game, and their quarterback, Jay Cutler, threw four interceptions to a Packers defense. I can only imagine what Jay will do when he plays the Steelers' defense. I, of course, am predicting that the Steelers will win by anywhere from three to ten points, or maybe more. In this article, I will predict what certain Steelers players are going to do and how good they will be in the game. Enjoy!
Ben Roethlisberger will again have a 350 + yard game, as he plays a much easier defense. His completion rating was good last week, but I am expecting it to get better this week, since we will not be playing the Titans' defense, and more recievers can get open. He will not be sacked but once or twice, and he will continue passing down the field for first downs.
Willie Parker MUST prove himself this week or else we will be seeing alot of Rashard Mendenhall. I am going to say thet he has a pretty good game, averaging 6 yards per carry, with one big hole to run through for a long touchdown. If Willie doesn't start to run well, the Steelers will not re-sign him, and it will be very difficult for him to get a contract with any team. Lets Go Willie.... Lets GO!
Santonio Holmes will again be one of the stars of the game, gaining many yards, and possibly multiple touchdowns. He is one of the guys Ben feels comfortable throwing to down the field , making big plays. I am really amazed with what this guy can catch, and the best part is that he is only twenty-five!
As I stated in an article this week, I expect James Harrison to have a few "special moments" with Jay Cutler that will not be pretty. I am guessing he will have a sack, and do very well with putting pressure on Jay Cutler. All in all, I think the defense looks very solid. Even without Troy Polamalu.
