In my first slideshow ever, I will be showing points of interest to watch for in the Bears vs. Steelers game, for better or worse, we can learn something from Sundays game about both teams. The Steelers are coming off a big win in overtime against the Tennessee Titans, while the Chicago Bears are coming off an ugly loss against the Green Bay Packers. Both teams got hit with the injury bug, and a lot of questions will be answered this weekends game.

Jay Cutler: Magic or Miserable

GREEN BAY, WI - SEPTEMBER 13: Jay Cutler #6 of the Chicago Bears makes a warm-up throw before a game against the Green Bay Packers on September 13, 2009 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. (Photo by Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images)

By now, everybody knows how poorly he played, but it wasn't all his fault. He at times looked to make rookie throws, his receivers quit on routes, and he was getting flushed out the pocket freguently. If the Bears want to win this game, Cutler needs to manage the game, by taking what the Steelers will give him. He doesn't have to do anything spectacular, he just needs to be accurate and make first downs. We will see what type of MAN Jay Cutler is after the Steelers game.

Hunter Hillenmeyer: Not the distant cousin of Oscarmayer

CHICAGO - AUGUST 25: Hunter Hillenmeyer #92 of the Chicago Bears jogs on the field before the game against the San Francisco 49ers on August 25, 2007 at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois. (Photo by Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images)

Brian Urlacher out, in comes Hunter Hillenmeyer. The man who barely made the practice squad is now starting at middle linebacker for the Chicago Bears. He isn't the type of playmaker that Urlacher is, not even close, but he is a veteran, and is smart. He isn't fast, flashy, nothing special; he is an ordinary guy playing middle linebacker. He doesn't need to be great Sunday, he just needs to make tackles when he has the chance to and also needs to not get beat when in coverage.

Zachery Bowman to Replace Nathan Vasher....Finally

GREEN BAY, WI - NOVEMBER 16: Wide receiver Greg Jennings #85 of the Green Bay Packers makes a reception for nine yards and is tackled by Nathan Vasher #31 of the Chicago Bears during NFL action at Lambeau Field on November 16, 2008 in Green Bay, Wisconsi

Nathan Vasher flat out stunk against Greg Jennings and the Packers. He hasn't been the same with all the injuries, and has just lost a step..or two. In to replace him is Zack Bowman. He was dealt a hamstring injury this off-season, that kept him from starting against Green Bay. He led OTAs in interceptions this spring. Lovie Smith said, "He played as well as anybody this spring." Look for Bowman and Charles Tillman to mix up match-ups throughout the game.

It Takes Two...Four...Six Hands to Bring Big Ben Down

TAMPA, FL - FEBRUARY 01: Darnell Dockett #90 of the Arizona Cardinals sacks quarterback Ben Roethlisberger #7 of the Pittsburgh Steelers during the fourth quarter of Super Bowl XLIII on February 1, 2009 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. (Photo

Its happened against every team he has faced. You think you have him down, and somehow he can still make a 20 yard pass. For the Bears to win this game, they not only need to hit him, or just get a hand on him; they need their defensive line to get all of their hands on his legs, feet, arms, and torso to bring him down. He is a magician at escaping pressure, and the Bears will need to be sure that when he hits the ground, he needs that ball in his hands also.

Troy Polamalu: Stupid Madden Curse

PITTSBURGH - SEPTEMBER 10: Troy Polamalu #43 of the Pittsburgh Steelers runs with the ball against the Tennessee Titans during the game at Heinz Field on September 10, 2009 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. (Photo by Scott Boehm/Getty Images)

The Madden Curse hit again and it was only week 1. Troy Polamalu is out 3-6 weeks because of a knee injury. The Steelers defense will miss him, but they are still a Top 10 defense without him. They will miss him more around the line of scrimmage than in the secondary. The Bears need to attack backup SS Tyrone Carter, because that will be the weakest point of the defense. We will truely see how good this defense is without Troy being in there.
