micheal malcolmCorrespondent ISeptember 17, 2009

Former Fab Five member Juwan Howard has just signed a one-year deal with the Blazers

Terms of the contact as per team policy were not disclosed

According to Kevin Pritchard, Howard was signed to add his ‘veteran savvy”  to the young roster.

Howard averaged 4.1 points per game with Denver and Charlotte last year.

Howard possesses career averages of 14.9 points and 6.6 rebounds per game

This signing reflects Pritchard attempting to get over the hump in a very stacked Western Conference.
