Buckeye Commentary by Columnist Written on September 16, 2009

I know what you are thinking, “One week and you are already straying from the proclaimed format.”  Well, guess what.  Haikus are not always befitting of a college football blog, especially after another knife twisting defeat.  But, as luck would have it, the lyrics of a wistful, nocturnal Australian glam-pop band are extremely fitting.  Enjoy.

We are always running for the thrill of it thrill of it
Always pushing up the hill searching for the thrill of it
On and on and on we are calling out and out again
Never looking down I’m just in awe of what’s in front of me

- Walking on a Dream, Empire of the Sun

(Ed. note: Watch that clip.  It is as baffling as the OSU offense.)
