Pittsburgh Steelers safety Jordan Dangerfield laid out Austin Willis during a third-quarter punt return, causing the Buffalo Bills wide receiver to fumble the ball at the 33-yard line.

Although Dangerfield has a mere two inches and 25 pounds on Willis, the hit rocked the 5'9", 175-pound rookie. Willis was carted off the field shortly after.

According to Vic Carucci of the Buffalo News, Willis suffered a head injury.
