Chiefs Defeat Chargers in Second Half 30-16
The San Diego Chargers (1-3) took on the Kansas City Chiefs (2-2) Sunday in San Diego in what was the first divisional battle for both teams.
LaDainian Tomlinson did improve his rushing yardage against the Chiefs, rushing for 134 yards and one touchdown on 20 attempts. The final score was 16-30, with the Chiefs coming back strong in the second half to win the game.
The San Diego Chargers were allowed one-time-access across the goalline—and that was on a five yard run by LaDainian Tomlinson. The Chiefs' defense was not going to allow them another shot before the 4th quarter, when Phillip Rivers threw an incomplete pass on 4th down on the Chiefs' 5 yard line.
The other scores were made by Chargers kicker Nate Kaeding, who made all of his boots, with the longest being from 51 yards.
The Chargers will take on the Denver Broncos at Hile High Stadium next week. What is the duplicate article?
