Alexei Semenov the 105 mph shooting defenseman from SJ is at the Rangers training camp as per ESPN. Another update from camp- Zherdev's agent asks Glen Sather if the 3.5 mil offer is still on the table, Sather says no. I think if the Rangers do decide to pick up Semenov it will give us more strength at the blue line and this guys got a rocket! Plus Maybe Redden will adjust to New York (if that was the problem last year) and that could potentially be a hell of a D-line, And having two guys with great shots our power play will benefit us as well.
