Everton striker Romelu Lukaku suffered an ankle injury in his team's Jan. 6 Capital One Cup win over Manchester City. However, he is ready for first-team action.

Lukaku was named in Roberto Martinez's starting lineup for the trip to the Etihad Stadium, according to the club's tweet.

Lukaku has notched an impressive 15 goals in 20 Premier League games this season, according to WhoScored.com.

His physicality and strength make him a force to be reckoned with in opposition penalty areas, and he is the focal point for the Everton attack.

Martinez will still have ambitions to finish in the European spots this season, but to do so, he will need his main man fit and firing.
