Silly Season: Jamie McMurray

This Silly Season, a lot of focus has been placed on Jamie McMurray. Once considered a future star in NASCAR, he now finds himself struggling to make the chase, or even win races for that matter.
However, after the rumors of Brad K and Martin Truex Jr. died down, a lot of focus has been shifted to Jamie, and to where he will race next year.
Some people dont think Jamie belongs in NASCAR's top series. I am not one of those people. In fact, I am one of his bigger fans. Jamie has been rumored for just about every available ride, whether it was at Yates, SHR, RCR,or Ganassi, Jamie's name somehow comes into the discussion. I think that it is time to separate legitimate possibilities from the rumors.
No. 1 EGR car
The No. 1 car has been at the top of the rumor mill for what seems like months now, and Jamie did experience most of his cup success at Ganassi Racing. Others, like Bobby Labonte, have also been rumored for this ride, and the No. 1 seems to be the car everyone wants.
But the two big questions surrounding the car for Jamie would be 1) Who will sponsor(not fully sponsored next year) and 2) Can Jamie and Chip get back to good ground?
Odds: 50 Percent
No. 26 RPM car
Don't be surprised by this. Ford really loves Jamie, and a lot of people in the RPM camp aren't sold on Sadler. Former original Yates employees are saying that they would prefer McMurray over No. 19-Elliott Sadler.
So Jamie would not leave his ride, the No. 19 car would be out, and Sadler would be looking for a new ride. But what holds this idea back would be that Sadler will not give up his ride, as he proved over the Silly Season last year.

The rest
Third car at SHR- odds: Five percent
Jamie was a candidate last year for the second car, but his buyout was too much. Smoke already said that he will most likely not run a third car, but something tells me if a SHR wins the Cup, that may change.
Richard Childress Racing- odds: 10 Percent
A few weeks ago this may have been as high as 25 percent, but because it appears that the 29 team figured it out, Jamie's only choice would be the 07, and I just don't see it happening.
Jamie McMurray Motorsports-odds: One percent
Hey, Tony did it last year, why not Jamie?
If you think of others, would be happy to hear them.
