Citing sources close to Jeff Reed, the Steelers kicker was offered a contract extention for 12 million dollars.  According to a source, the Steelers kicker was " supposedly" being offered 20 million in Baltimore for next season.

It is hard to tell if it is the truth or if it isn't.  All that I know is that it would make sense seeing that Reed should be one of the easiest players to sign and Baltimore could use a kicker next season.

The reason why this is in the opinion section is because it has not been deemed accurate.  I wrote this article in order to bring up this subject in case it has been mentioned to any of B/R's readers.

Once again, I am completely baffled and wrote this only for your take on whether or not this could be true.
