Last week i was really shocked at how wrong my predictions ended up being. If even one of my featured picks had won i would have been happy but it did seem like everything that could of helped my losers happened. This week however i am more determined to make better picks and have a better record.

1 SC-UGA

last week UGA was pounded by team whos defense was thought to be at the level of a C-USA team and an offense that while impressive hadnt seen much of a cut throat defense. With That said let me assure you that this is not the same team. UGA will have plenty chances to win this one and maby regain some respect.  SC on the other hand showed they need some more time tofine tune theire offense but at the same time were pretty impressive on defense holding NC Stat to just 3 points.

My winner SC 24-17

2 USC-OSU

last week OSU was almost upset by a NAVY team that while they have a unique style of offense shouldnt have had the game that close at the end. Not only did OSU show a number of weak spots they took a huge shot to theire confidance wich may end up hurting them down the road. USC however was very impressive as was theire freshmen QB Matt Barkley and while he may not have a ton of experience he did seem to be very calm under pressure.neither of these team defenses are what i would call top notch but i will say if it comes down to defense USC will have the edge.

MY Winner USC 31-21

3 WVU-ECU

Last year WVU was falt out humiliated at ECU and while they had a few calls hurt them early there was no excuse for letting a team that just a year ago had been held to just 7 points beat them like that. This year they have  different team and will be playing at home. With a great recruiting year and plenty of ecperience on defense WVU could be looking at this game not only as payback but maby a national statement.ECU will try to use theire offense to slow the pace of the game and not alow wvu to have the ball as much as they are used to. With 6th year senior Patrick Pinkney leading the way at QB this offense should hold theire own.

My winner WVU 38-17

4 GT-Clem

GT features a high powered run game witha unique triple option attack, with a RB that is perfectly suited for that for this scheme in Jonathan Dwyer. He will carry the load for his team tonight as they play a talented Clemson defense. Clemson also features some spectacular talent at rb in C.J. Spiller who can turn the simplest of play into a big TD watch out for these two to be called upon in tonights game. I dont suspect the defense to have much say in this game although if one teams D can make a late stop it could be the difference.

My winner GT 31-24
