On the first edition of Buy or Sell: WWE & TNA, I will get into the weeks hottest question and issues.
This week on Buy or Sell, we will talk about Batista, Breaking Point, Ken Anderson, Umaga and much more and see what is possible and what is rumor.
Your opinion's are great fully appreciated and look forward to hearing what you think every week on some of the biggest issues and upcoming events in wrestling.
Batista will be making his return after his second injury in the last ten months. It is wondered by many if he can go one-hundred percent without getting injured again. Batista is now 40 and has already said he will be retiring in the next couple of years, but now with another injury and surgery what is next for The Animal Batista?
Could Monday be the end of Batista or just the beginning of a new storyline for Batista?
I think I can rule out him being the new general manger of Raw because of the success of the guest host and I can rule out him going back to ECW or SmackDown because we have seen him on Friday nights and we don’t want to see him in the Land of the so called “Extreme”.
Is The Animal being layed to rest this Monday on Raw.
Ken Anderson's non-compete clause with World Wrestling Entertainment expired today, thus meaning he is free to negotiate with any wrestling company.
Can the loud mouth from Green Bay be on his way to Flordia and TNA Wrestling?
Anderson has a lot of potential but the injuries he keeps sustaining is holding him back from his full potential.
What can Anderson bring to TNA?
There can be a lot of great potential rivals for Anderson in TNA, some like AJ Styles, Daniels, Angle and continue a feud with Lashely.
Anderson will not come in and be in the main event, he will have to work his way up and prove that he will not got injured at the wrong time like he seems to be doing a lot.
Do I see Mr. Kennedy as a World Champion? Yes, but with time and effort.
Kennedy to TNA? Who knows.
Umaga 90 day clause is also up and is a free agent in the wrestling world and he is another name being thrown around of ending up in TNA.
The picture above has him holding one half of the TNA Tag Championships. In no way is he one-half of the tag team champions.
I could see this being a good acquisition short-term with Samoa Joe and the Nation of Violence, if TNA were to go that rout.
Umaga being a face is the only questionable thing. Kane did it some how but Kane is a completely different person from Umaga.
Would he make a strong impact in TNA?
As we see TNA brining in people, I don’t think they would be happy if Umaga turns out to be a flop.
I could also see him collecting the bounty on Abyss and that could become a alright “Monster” rivalry.
Do you see Umaga in TNA rear view mirror?
Will the picture above be the future of CM Punk this Sunday at Breaking Point. I would count on it.
The Undertaker has never lost a match to a straight decision with him tapping out. He had tapped out the same time Angle was pinned for a three so that came to a draw.
I just can’t see Punk getting the Undertaker in the Anaconda Vice.
Last time I checked you can’t get DQ in a submission match but the WWE can change that like they have changed things in the past.
My question to you is it going to be the Anaconda Vice or Hell’s Gate?
This will be a very interesting match-up with these two going at it for the first time and it’s going to be interesting to see the two unique styles out of these two.
Punk has slayed some big men this year, but can he make the Dead Man tap out.
Breaking Point is this Sunday on PPV were you can go to any of your cable subscribes and order it live this Sunday on Paper Per View. (Sorry got carried away).
Breaking Point Card:
Kane vs. Khali in a Singapore Match
Mark Henry & MVP vs. Big Show and Chris Jericho (Unified Tag Team Titles)
Christian vs. William Regal w/ Jackson & Kozlov (ECW Title)
DX vs. Rhodes and DiBiase in a Submission Count Anywhere Match
Undertaker vs. CM Punk in a Submission Match (World Heavyweight Championship)
John Cena vs. Randy Orton in a I Quit Match (WWE Championship)
This PPV looks good on paper, but will the superstars provide on that in the ring.
With Mysterio out it really hurts Breaking Point not having that Match of the Night like we have seen lately with Mysterio and any opponent he faces.
I am looking forward to see if Punk and Orton will retain or will we see Taker and Cena become Champions once again.
What will happen with DX and Legacy where after this PPV will this rivalry end.
The under card of this PPV will be alright but not much higher than that.
The Tag Title match will be interesting to see and what will Teddy do to try to get off probation.
Everyone wants to see this PPV succeed and I am one of those many people, but I just think they should have waited to change the name to PPV’s until 2010.
I like to say this PPV will do good with a surprise or two thrown in.
What do you think?
