Will Seymour Be Another Randy Moss?

Okay, it's 4:00pm on Wednesday, 3 days after the Oakland Raiders acquired Richard Seymour. Sounds great right!  Here's the problem, he hasn't shown up yet.  Personally, this is what I would do if I was Al Davis.

I would send the 5 day letter today and force his hand.  You don't show up by Monday, we don't want you anymore. New England doesn't want him back, and maybe he can sit on his butt this year and not play, or get paid. My biggest fear is that we have another "Moss" story in Oakland. There isn't a Raider fan out there that wants to go through that again.

Playing in the NFL is a privilege. It is absolutely ridiculous if he doesn't show up because it's the Raiders and nobody wants to play with the Raiders. Maybe if Seymour showed up, he could be a part of bringing this franchise back to it's winning ways. We are almost there, just a few key parts left to address.  But, if he doesn't want to be in Oakland, then I don't want him in Oakland, period.  Give us back our 1st round pick and we will find someone else that will play. Someone that doesn't have a problem with coming to Oakland. Someone that doesn't throw a tantrum because it's the Raiders. Somebody that realizes that it is a privilege to play in the NFL.
