Bad news for England's ambition to get their ODI series back on track with a win in the third ODI. With England looking to bolster their batting and bowling they were hoping that both Stuart Broad and Joe Denly would be available for selection but today they have been ruled out.

This is unfortunate for England who have lost Denly, a promising batsmen, in a clash with Owais Shah whilst playing football in a warm up session, and Broad has not managed to shake off a neck strain which kept him out of the second ODI.

With England performing poorly in the first two ODIs this will come as a massive blow and will have to look elsewhere when they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the clash which could almost take the series away from England's reach.
