Miami Hurricanes quarterback Jacory Harris lead his team to a 38-34 win at Florida State. The sophomore quarterback completed 21 of 34 passes for two touchdowns and two interceptions. Harris was hammered by Florida State cornerback Greg Reid on a throw that lead to his second interception, which was returned for a touchdown. Harris injured his shoulder during that play, but was able to return back to the field.

He said that his whole right arm went numb, but he fought through it and helped his team win. That's what you call a tough leader. He threw a 40-yard pass over double coverage to Travis Benjamin, setting up a 3 yard touchdown run with 1:53 left in the 4th quarter.

Harris threw for a total of 386 yards (the most any hurricanes quarterback has ever thrown against Florida State).
