Chelsea Football Club have been found guilty by FIFA of inducing Gael Kakuta from Racing Club Lend in 1997 and have been banned from registering any new players for the next 2 transfer Windows. This would mean Chelsea would not be able to sign any new players until January 2011. The other concern for Chelsea is the upcoming African Nations cup when they will lose some of there key players such as Dider Drogba and Michael Essien at a crucial time of the season. Kakuta and Chelsea has been ordered to play Lens £682.00 in compensation and Kakuta given a four month ban while Chelsea has been ordered to pay a further 113,500 in training costs. Chelsea are expected to appeal the decision.
