Hey everyone we have now made it all the way to the semis. The quarter finals were great. They also had some cool results. After this round there will only be two rivalries standing and we will have our best rivalry of all time! Now let's start the semis.

Bracket 1

1) Calgary Flames/Edmonton Oilers (Hockey)

The battle of Alberta. This is a rivlary where two great Alberta sqauds meet two do battle. Every hockey game these two play against each other is a classic. Despite the Oilers struggling in recent years they have still been able to bring it when they face the Flames. Flames/Oiler tied with Flames Canucks in quarter finals.

2) Calgary Flames/Vancouver Canucks (Hockey)

Well in a shock to me and probably some of you, the Canucks/Flames rivalry tied the battle of Alberta rivalry. Then again, why would it be a shock? It's an epic rivalry. When these two teams there will always be fists flying and noses bleeding. These two absolutely despise each other. No, no, the loathe each other. Flames/Canucks tied with Flames/Oilers in the quarters.

3) Dallas Cowboys/Washington Redskins (Football)

No details can be provided. Cowboy/Redskins knocked off St. Louis/Chicago in the quarter finals.

Bracket 2

1) New York Yankees/Boston Red Sox (Baseball)

Anyone actually surprised that this rivalry is here? This is without a doubt the greatest baseball rivalry in history. These teams are big rivals. They hate each other with a passion. You can always expect a good brawl between two people in this match. NY/Boston knocked off Giants/Eagles.

2) Toronto Maple Leafs/Montreal Canadiens (Hockey)

What can I say? Hockey has great rivalries. And this is one of them. Toronto and Montreal have been rivals since the original six teams. In the original six though the Leafs were in the west which made this rivalry much better because the teams would usually meet in the Stanley Cup Finals. And to see them do battle for the cup would be great. Toronto/Montreal tied with Celtics/Lakers in the quarter finals.

3) Boston Celtics/Los Angeles Lakers (Basketball)

The only basketball rivalry left in this competition is a great one. Boston Celtics/LA Lakers is an amazing rivalry. It was best in the days of Magic Johnson and LArry Bird. These two teams would meet in the NBA Finals so many times and it would always be an epic encounter. Boston/LA tied with Toronto/Montreal.

So that's what we got! Ladies an gentleman let's begin voting!
