Mr. Irrelevant Wishes to Embarrass Us

This is Ryan Hoag, who was an actual Mr. Irrelevant back in the 2003 draft. Hoag has been in and out of the league ever since — probably because he doesn’t love Jesus enough — and most recently, he landed on The Bachelorette. Here he is on the show’s first episode last night:

It must be mentioned that Jamie watches this show. Not because he’s gay, but because he’s married to a woman. As far as I can gather, all women absolutely love six programs: Anything involving dancing (Stars, So You Think, whatever), Gray’s Anatomy, Oprah, The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and, of course, Sex and the City. Forget everything else, just the differences in television viewing is enough to ensure that I will never, ever understand women. (Well that, and their affinity for vegetables. They actually enjoy them, even if they aren’t covered in cheese.)

And speaking of Oprah, watch this. My lady friend showed it to me on Sunday … on her DVR, which only further proves my previous point.
