Bengals Have Reached an Agreement With Andre Smith

 Channel 12 out of Cincinnati reported that the Bengals and 1st round pick, Andre Smith, have agreed to the terms on a contract.

The contract has not been signed yet, but will take place as soon as the agreed upon wording is changed. Channel 12 cited Chad OchoCinco as the source of the news.
