IconHere's a look at three teams who are headed in the right direction after Week 4:

1. Kentucky: With a great followup victory over Arkansas, Kentucky showed that their win over Louisville wasn't a fluke. If Andre' Woodson keeps up his stellar play, Kentucky's offense will be tough to stop for any defense in the SEC East.

2. Boston College: With a dominating performance at Georgia Tech and a follow up blowout of Army, Boston College appears poised to start the season 7-0 before a key ACC matchup with Virginia Tech. If Matt Ryan and the BC offense keep up the good work, don't be surprised if this team makes it to Jacksonville.

3. South Florida: After upsetting Auburn in the second game of the season, South Florida stomped a BCS opponent in North Carolina. Let's not get ahead of ourselves here: North Carolina isn't a top notch opponent. However, South Florida looked impressive enough to provide optimism heading into Friday night's showdown with West Virginia.

Now here's a look at three teams who are headed in the wrong direction after Week 4:

1. Arkansas: Darren McFadden is great. He ran all over Alabama and Kentucky. What else happened in those two games? Arkansas lost. The Razorbacks are above and beyond the most one dimensional team in college football. If you stack the box and force Arkansas to throw in critical situations, they will mess up. The Razorbacks lost a heartbreaker in Tuscaloosa, but got stomped against Kentucky. And you thought Houston Nutt was on the hot seat before the season...

2. Louisville: Like Arkansas, Louisville lost a heartbreaker in Week 3 and followed it up with an embarrassing loss that was more lopsided than the score indicates in Week 4. The Cardinals are as one dimensional as Arkansas, except they can only pass. Steve Kragthorpe needs to win in a hurry.

3. Texas A&M: The Aggies were stomped by Miami on Thursday night, and showed absolutely no offensive fire power. Miami looked like they stopped the option with ease. Dennis Franchione looked like a man made for the front office, rather than a man made for the sidelines.
