According to the Associated Press, federal agents had no right to seize the infamous list of 104 players who failed MLBs drug test in 2003.

And, the test results and samples will be destroyed and prosecutors will not be allowed to use the information.

Translation: We will never know who else was on "the list."

Albert Pujols, you lucky bastard.  Jason Varitek, your secret is safe with me.  Derek Jeter, you dodged a bullet (and PR nightmare).  The lingering, the wondering, the restless nights are over.
