The Dallas Cowboys went through last season turning the heads of everyone. Who would have thought that Dallas would go 13-3 during the regular season with a new coach, and a quarter back who did not prove himself to the football fans. After going 13-3 receiving home-field advantage and only losing the first game in the playoffs to the next Super Bowl champions, Dallas has only made changes for the better.
Dallas' biggest loss for this upcoming season is Julius Jones at running back. Dallas picked up Felix Jones to be a great compliment for Marion Barber. Jones will be the speed, and Barber will be the power, in the backfield.
With the pickup of Pacman Jones on defense, assuming he will be able to start practicing soon, Jones is one of two (the other being Mike Jenkins from University of South Florida, arguable the best corner-back in the 2008 draft) new corner-backs who will be able to help Terence Newman, letting Roy Williams be free to play his style of football and not have to cover players one on one. With Tank Johnson, Jay Ratliff, Marcus Spears, and Chris Canty, the front of the defense is very tough.

As for the Offense, Romo will lead the way again. Romo proved his ability to win games, and even come from behind. Romo being surrounded by talent has shown he is able to perform in any environment.
Terrell Owens, getting 81 receptions and passing the 1,000 yard mark for the second straight season, is proving to be a good choice for the Cowboys to invest a portion of their salary cap. Assuming Terry Glenn comes back at full health and is able to play like he did two years ago, the Cowboys have another set of great receivers, along with Patrick Crayton, and Tight-end Jason Witten, who are able to take in passes.
Last, but certainly not least, is that the starting offensive linemen are all back for another season to play with Dallas. Great for run blocking and pass blocking, these linemen are among the greatest in the league as a group.
If you are a Dallas fan, you should be expecting big things to happen, as long as injuries don't plague the team, and the team is able to stick together. If you are one of the Dallas haters, then watch out! Dallas is going to come out and start hitting at 4:15 EST, on September 7th, 2008 for their first regular season game against the Cleveland Browns.

Yada yada yada, i hear this every year. Can't buy championships, gotta earn them. Bony Homo is not that good, and Jason Kitten catches the ball and falls down everytime, Terry Newman is an elite cornerback???? Henry and Pacman are better than him on the IR. This team does good for no reason. Another playoff loss for the Irving Cowboys, i mean Dallas Cowboys.
