It was the great awakening for the New York’s rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez on Monday when he faced one of the premier defenses in the NFLWatching him throw an interception for a touchdown was disheartening, but being able to see him grow after every down was a good sign of things to come.

I foresee Sanchez becoming a quarterback to be reckoned with. His intelligence of the game and quick decision making abilities will make him a precious commodity to the New York Jets. I like the attitude that he brings to the field, having "a can do attitude" is very refreshing with this rookie.

After getting drilled with a welcome from Ray Lewis in the opening of the game, Sanchez progressed to throwing a 19 yard touchdown pass to Leon Washington (83 yards from scrimmage) to culminate an 11 play, 64 yard drive.
I believe Mark Sanchez has proven that he has a future in the NFL!
