Now, The Miz Gets It: Upstart's Fight For the U.S. Title, Not John Cena's Throat

Finally, the Miz gets it.

During the Miz's first run on RAW, he talked about how he was tired of seeing the
same people at the top. He then decided to thrust himself into the mix by calling out
John Cena.

First of all, there was no way a mid-carder like Miz would make a dent to the top
tier of RAW. He had just came off a successful run as a tag-team wrestler and then
tried a shot at the top. He didn't get very far.

Now, however, he is making a run for the US title. It is very smart on his part
because he now must go through several potential contenders to earn his shot.

I think this is a better way to showcase the Miz's talents, on the mic and on the
mat. It does him no good getting beaten around by Cena or other big stars. He is
wrestling people at his level and is winning, it's an improvement on his characters
use by WWE.

I think the Miz will continue to improve at his level and go on to becoming a big
star, as opposed to being thrown to the lions and floundering.

John Cena vs. The Miz, it will make more sense by Wrestlemania 26.
