NFL, Carolina Panthers, St Louis Rams, Torry Holt, Breaking News

In an interview St. Louis Ram Torry Holt mentioned he might like the opportunity to play for his hometown Carolina Panthers.

Holt said he would finish out his contract with the Rams before making a decision.

As a St. Louis fan I would really hate to see Torry suiting up for another team, but this is a great opportunity for Torry.  Torry Holt lived in North Carolina for high school and went to college at North Carolina.

He wants a chance to return to his hometown and play.  He also has a chance to play alongside his brother Terrence Holt, who is currently signed with the Panthers.

So like I said, I would hate to see him go but this would be an excellent opportunity for him.  I hope Torry decides to reconsider and resign with the Rams. He is fan favorite and much needed part of the Rams' football team.

  1. I would be surprised if he didn't retire after this year.
