Pirates' Andrew McCutchen Chops Off Signature Dreadlocks for Charity

When Pittsburgh Pirates center fielder Andrew McCutchen steps to the plate at Great American Ball Park for the first time on April 6, some baseball fans may be doing a double take.

As of Wednesday, McCutchen's signature dreadlocks are now a thing of the past.

Why?

"No big reason, really. It's just time for a new change." The Pirates star was quick to add that the haircut was going to help a good cause.
