My money is on #17 Mike Wallace, the street smart wide receiver from the mean streets of New Orlean's West Bank enclave of Algiers.
Wallace grew up (and out of) a background that makes all these NFL gangsta wannabe posers seem pretty ridiculous by comparison.
Blessed with exceptional natural athletic ability, Mike has followed the straight and narrow to the point where he very unlikely to be sidetracked from his career ambitions.
Through all the trials and tribulations he has been through, Mike has emerged as a bright, upbeat, charismatic, and self effacing just turned 23 year old.
Most exciting rookie to come to Pittsburgh in the years I've been following them.
