Final Week 3 of this list. We'll be naming the final 21-30 teams to round out the list and see where they're ranked. To review the previous two weeks:
#1-Orlando Magic
#2-Los Angeles Lakers
#3-Cleveland Cavaliers
#4-Boston Celtics
#5-Denver Nuggets
#6-San Antonio Spurs
#7-Portland Trailblazers
#8-New Orleans Hornets
#9-Dallas Mavericks
#10-Chicago Bulls
#11-Los Angeles Clippers
#12-Phoenix Suns
#13-Washington Wizards
#14-Houston Rockets
#15-Detroit Pistons
#16-Utah Jazz
#17-Atlanta Hawks
#18-Miami Heat
#19-Charlotte Bobcats
#20-Toronto Raptors

Now, to the rest of them....

#21-Philadelphia 76ers

PHILADELPHIA - APRIL 30: The Philadelphia 76ers cheerleaders perform against the Orlando Magic during Game Six of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals at Wachovia Center on April 30, 2009 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. NOTE TO USER: User expressly ackno

Rah Rah that's our man, if Andre can't then no one can! Literally, at least not on that team.

#22-New Jersy Nets

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - MARCH 04: Devin Harris #34 of the New Jersey Nets shoots the ball against Stephon Marbury #8 of the Boston Celtics during their game on March 4, 2009 at The Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. NOTE TO USER: User expressly a

Tick tock ......tick tock ..... is 2010 here yet? At least they have an exciting player to watch. Hope to see some more D Harris highlights this season.

#23-Minnesota Timberwolves

BOSTON - FEBRUARY 01: Al Jefferson #25 of Minnesota Timberwolves takes a shot in the first half against the Boston Celtics on February 1, 2009 at TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by

Not to take anything away from Kevin Love, but I hope he continues to improve and put up some descent numbers this season. It's just a thought but he may not get as many touches this season with Jefferson back. He may get more if the coach wants him though because of last season. I don't know, we'll see. Aside from those two, Minnesota has had a busy off season but I'm not sure if any of this is going to equate to more W's. The team definitly suffered with losing Al and they'll have more than last season for sure but its still not a deep or good team.

#24-Indiana Pacers

LOS ANGELES, CA - SEPTEMBER 17: MMA Superstar Gina Carano during the Workout/Media Day with Kimbo Slice and Gina Carano at the Legends Mixed Martial Arts Training Center on September 17, 2008 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Robert Laberge/Getty Im

When your best player is a toss up between T.J. Ford or Mike Dunleavy then you've got some work to do.... I'll take this time to make a shout out- Gina Carano is mucho hot.

#25-New York Knicks

NEW YORK - MARCH 18: Head coach Mike D'Antoni of the New York Knicks screams at a referee against the New Jersey Nets at Madison Square Garden March 18, 2009 in New York City. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by downloading and/o

Good news, Curry will be back and lost a few pounds. The bad news is I still have to look at the whiniest man in history.

#26-Milwaukee Bucks

BEIJING - AUGUST 24: Michael Redd #8 and Dwight Howard #11 of the United States celebrate after defeating Spain 118-107 in the gold medal game during Day 16 of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games at the Beijing Olympic Basketball Gymnasium on August 24, 2008

I don't think he'll be doing quite that much celebrating this year. They have had a crazy, crazy off season but what have they done of note except get rid of Richard Jefferson for nothing. I didn't read up on it as much as I should have but I can only assume they're just trying to cut cap space this season.

#27-Memphis Grizzlies

LOS ANGELES, CA - APRIL 12: Marc Gasol #33 of the Memphis Grizzlies and Pau Gasol #16 of the Los Angeles Lakers battle for position under the basket on April 12, 2009 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges

Hopefully they can get rid of Zack. Lets get that out of the way, either before the season starts or by 2010 season. They have a couple of young could be great players in Mayo and Gay. Give them another season or two and a few good to descent role players and Memphis can become a dangerous team in another season.

#28-Oklahoma City Thunder

PHOENIX - FEBRUARY 13: Kevin Durant #35 of the Sophomore team holds up the MVP trophy after the Sophomores won the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge & Youth Jam part of 2009 NBA All-Star Weekend at US Airways Center on February 13, 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona. NOT

My favorite team at the bottom. Don't know why but they are.

#29-Golden State Warriors

DALLAS - APRIL 25: Head coach Don Nelson of the Golden State Warriors appears stoic in the waning minutes against the Dallas Mavericks in Game Two of the Western Conference Quarterfinals during the 2007 NBA Playoffs at American Airlines Center on April 2

Did this team take a nose dive off the non-existent stink tree or what? I think there was a curse there for a couple of years that entailed if you knocked the Mavs out of the playoffs you were bound to go off the deep end the next year or two. Started with Miami, then Golden State, and stopped at New Orleans. Oh well, Donnie needs to look at retiring. He's seriously tarnishing his image, a little.

#30-Sacramento Kings

CHARLOTTE, NC - FEBRUARY 22: Kevin Martin #23 of the Sacramento Kings takes the ball to the basket against the Charlotte Bobcats during the game at Bobcats Arena on February 22, 2008 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Kings won 116-115. NOTE TO USER: Use

A team that has less talent than a VH-1 reality show.

BIG DUECES TIL NEXT SEASON

ORLANDO, FL - JUNE 14: Dwight Howard #12 of the Orlando Magic looks down during the post game news conference after losing to the Los Angeles Lakers 99-86 in Game Five of the 2009 NBA Finals on June 14, 2009 at Amway Arena in Orlando, Florida. NOTE TO U

I'll bet you see him there next year, Howard for MVP 10'.
