In Hollywood, they prefer to describe a new idea by ganging two old ideas. It gives everyone some sense of comfort and expectation. Hence, the headline.

But, maybe, Aaron fits the oxymoron. Brett Favre meets Bart Starr.

Bart Favre.

Brett Starr. Or....Aaron Rodgers?

He's got a rifle. And also discipline. He can take a hit without an interception.

He takes a chance. Without costing a game.

He is a team player. And a star.

I, for one, am looking forward to the next generation of Packer quarterback.

One that might be the best of both previous generations.

Go Aaron. Be the best you can be--yourself.
