So here we go into the weekend and the Third-round of the PGA Championship.

This is when the real tournament starts. At this point, Tiger Woods is running away with it at an amazing –7. His next closest competitor is four shots away.

Most of the usual leader board faces are ready to go and have been giving Tee times for Saturday. But there are quite a few big names that will be obviously missing from this weekend’s festivities.

Sergio Garcia, Stuart Appleby, Davis Love 3, Mathew Goggin, Justin Rose, Mike Weir.

The list goes on, these are just a few of the big names cut by the lowest 70 and ties +4.

Phil Mickelson went into the clubhouse Friday evening signing a +4 on his scorecard for the tournament, just barely making the cut.

We will have to wait and see what happens over the weekend. At this rate, you would be hard pressed to find anyone to out shoot Tiger. He is on his A-game right now, and he wants it bad.
