Two weeks to go for the new season, three games left to select the best team for the new season, and tonight's game should be the first game for us to see who are the first eleven.

Since the start of the pre-season games, Manuel Pellegrini has been experimenting with the team, shifting players, and trying different plans.

So I think today's game should be about who is going to actually be in the first eleven.

First let me notice that Adan, Metzelder, Negredo, Diarra, Van Nistelrooy, Gago, Ramos and Marcelo have been left off the list and will stay in Madrid. So from all of them Ramos and may be Marcelo are going to be from the staring eleven.

So putting aside Casillas, Pellegrini should know focus on playing Pepe and Albiol together, Arbeloa on the right and Drenthe on the left.

I guess this is the time to see Xabi Alonso and Lass together, with CR9 on the right and Kaka as free playmaker.

Now when it comes to the attackers, I think MP will go with Benzema and Raul.

Maybe lots of people disagree with that but having Raul in a very attacking minded team will give some balance, because he will drift back whenever needed.

Finally I would like to congratulate Real Sociedad on there centenary, and let's see how Xabi Alonso first time against his previous club will be...we wish him luck.
