The new official student t-shirt slogan for the Wolverine's 2009 Campaign is "All in for Michigan!"  Are they kidding?

I remember the first one vividly - a faded imprint of the winged helmet, the block M, 2003.  On the back was a list of statistics that gave credence to what some would say is Wolverine elitism.  Not that we needed it, but the shirt had a little swagger of its own.

I'm not even going to reproduce the "Big House Pledge" which is printed on the back of the new shirt, and is even more insulting than the slogan.  I'll just say that, for some reason, they're losing faith in us.

I understand the need, or want to support every thing new in Michigan football, but don't insult me.  You need time just like I do to adjust to the new surroundings.

Oh, and by the way, the burden is not on the 108,000 fans that are going to show up, the burden is on you.  You see, we're going to be around a long time after you're gone, we're not here on contracts, we're here for life -- whether or not you succeed.

All I'm asking for is a little swagger . . .
