California Corner Still Considering Michigan

The WolverineCorrespondent IAugust 14, 2009

Top corner Joshua Shaw is still considering Michigan, along with OSU, USC, UCLA, Wash, ND, LSU, Okla, Tenn, and PSU (who hasn't offered yet). He's visited USC, UCLA, Wash, Oregon and Ohio State. After his recent OSU visit, he proclaimed them the leader.

"I already had a strong interest in Ohio State," the No. 4-rated corner said. "I'm glad my parents got to go out there. I can (now) feel comfortable saying they are my leader. As far as the visits I've been on, Ohio State was ten times better than the other ones. Ohio State is my leader. Everyone else is even."

Well, since our academics are better than Ohio State's, corner is a huge position of need on the depth chart, and our facilities are now the best in the country (including our strength and conditioning coach), there's a good chance we'd be on par or better than OSU. Let's hope we can get Shaw out for a visit to Ann Arbor.
