When Kodi Burns was seen working out with the WR's in today's practice, reporters new something was up. It wasn't until after practice that Coach Chizik said that Burns would be a WR this year as well as the Wildcat QB. Shortly thereafter he named Chris Todd the starting QB for the Auburn Tigers.

Chizik had this to say this about Burns: "After we had the team meeting, he wanted to say some words to our team. Truly, truly inspirational."

Chizik on Todd: "He's got experience. He's played in the league. He's an older guy. There's no substitute for experience." Chizik also stated "In the limited time (Todd) he's been in this offense, he's shown the flashes that we needed to see."

This comes as a relief to so many Tiger faithful who have waited weeks for this announcement.

Also no second or third team quarterback have been named
