Steelers get caught up in some gun play

Dumont WalkerSenior Analyst IAugust 12, 2009

As commissioner of the NFL I'm sure there are some things that cause Roger Goodell to wake up in cold sweats.

Included in Goodell's nightmare, would have to be the image of players from one of his flagship franchises, posing for a picture that would make the boys from Death Row Records intimidated.

Members of the Pittsburgh Steelers were up in Pennsylvania taking part   in a shooting exhibition with a local police department.

The day included using illegal guns that were acquired by the police department in raids.

Not that the Steelers did anything wrong, but this cannot be the image the NFL is looking for at this point in time.
