Oakland Raiders Opening Day Roster

Okay Raider Nation whats up this is my prediction to what our opening day roster is going to look like!!Let me know what you think and This is Coach Cable's Team that's why i put him on as the main cover plus i like the mean look he has as he is looking at his players. I think he is the man that will turn this team around! He has something about him that i believe he is the guy that will turn things around for us. He listens to his players and he believes in them. I know he will develop a good football team!

The Quarterbacks

JaMarcus Russell is the Clear cut starter that is out of the question. Now as for the second and third quarterbacks it intrigues me because there is a slight chance that we could let Jeff Garcia go if thats the case Charlie Frye will be our second guy and Bruce Gradkowski will be our third stringer.

the Runningbacks

We already know who our runningbacks are going to be the question is will we keep a fourth? possibly not we may keep a third FB so each runningback can have their own one to run behind that will be interesting to find out if that is the case. I believe we will only keep three runningbacks (McFadden, Bush, Fargas) and only two fullbacks (O'Neal, Neal) to make room for another position of need possibly WR, LB, or TE.

the Tight Ends

We may keep three TE's we all know who our starter is MR. Future Pro Bowler Zach Miller!!! our next two if we do keep three are going to be Brandon Myers and Tony Stewart.

the Wide Receivers

Our starters may be Chaz and Darrius or Walker and Chaz. We dont need to pressure Darrius to be starter right away we need to let him gain confidence and develop into the future pro bowler that he will be some day this is who our Wide outs are going to be. Chaz Schilens, Darrius Heyward-Bey, Javon Walker, Louis Murphy, Johnnie Lee Higgins, and we may keep 7 so Todd Watkins and Nick Miller unless Jonathan Holland shows up strong.

the Linemen

We will only keep eight at the most. so here they are... Mario Henderson, Robert Gallery, Samson Satelle, Cooper Carlisle, Cornell Green, Paul McQuistan, John Wade and Khalif Barnes. I will be back later to post up the Defence
