Many Pittsburgh Steelers fans have been waiting for the announcement on whether or not their team will sign Michael Vick. Some were hoping for the signing, while others were completely against it.

Some ideas have cleared up, as Chris Mortensen reported from Steelers Training Camp in Latrobe, PA that the Steelers say that they will not sign Vick unless an injury was to occur, presumably to either Roethlisberger or Batch.

With that being said, both Ben Roethlisberger and Charlie Batch have been injury-prone during their careers.

Unless the Steelers suffer an injury in the next two weeks, chances are very good that they will miss out on the "Michael Vick lottery".

As for now, you can rule out the Steelers as one of the five teams currently interested in quarterback Michael Vick.
