The 49ers thought they got a steal with the 10th overall pick in this year's draft, and now not only has Michael Crabtree not signed with the team, but he may not even play this year and re-enter the draft in 2010.

A source close to Crabtree said that he is prepared to sit out the entire 2009 season and re-enter the draft next year to be selected by another team. He wants top-three money and hasn't lowered his price.

Crabtree thinks that he was the best player in the draft, and thinks that he should get more money than Stafford did at No. 1. While Crabtree's agent hasn't officialy made any comment, this situation is looking uglier by the day.

Look Crabtree, you're not going to get your top-three money. Now just shut up and sign a deal and go to camp.

Crabtree might be the next T.O. in more ways than one...
